ORDERING AND SHIPPING
The terms, policies and conditions described below govern the use of Foundry Snacks. Your use and/or placement of any order constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms stated. Foundry Snacks reserved the rights to change the Terms & Conditions, from time to time without prior notice.
Please note that items in your cart are not secured until you have submitted your order successfully and may sell out during the process.
All payments are required to be made within 48 hours. Orders will be canceled with or without prior notice if payment is not successfully received during this period. A re-order can be made if the item(s) is still available.
Once your order is submitted, we cannot add or remove items from your order. All sales are final and strictly no cancellations or exchanges are allowed once payment is received.
HOW TO ORDER
Simple steps to shopping at Foundry Snacks.
STEP 1: Click on your chosen item to view it’s details.
STEP 2: Enter the quantity you wish to purchase, and click on the button ‘ADD TO CART’. This will lead you to your Cart, where you can choose to continue browsing, or make payment for your chosen item(s).
STEP 3: Repeat steps (1) and (2) if you wish to add more items to your cart.
STEP 4: You can still change the quantity by entering the value, then click on the button ‘UPDATE CART’. Click on ‘CHECKOUT’ once you’ve finished your shopping and finalized your choices.
STEP 5: If you’ve shopped with us before (on this website), you will be prompted to Log In before you can proceed to the next step. If it’s your first time shopping with us, simply fill in your particulars and an account will be immediately created for you. You will then be able to order each time without having to fill in your details again. The account also allows you to log in at any time to check on the status of your orders. You will also be automatically added to our mailing list and we will keep you updated about our latest products and promotions.
STEP 6: Confirm your mailing address and preferred mode of shipping.
STEP 7: Choose your payment mode and click on “COMPLETE CHECKOUT” for your confirmed order to be sent to us. An auto generated order confirmation email will then be sent to your e-mail.
STEP 8: If you choose Bank Transfer payment method, after you have made the required bank transfer payment, simply go to ‘PAYMENT CONFIRMATION’ page and fill in your payment details.

STEP 9: You will receive our confirmation email once your payment has been verified and another notification email when your item(s) have been shipped out.
STEP 10: You will receive your Foundry Snacks shipment depending on delivery times which range from 72 hours (Indonesia orders) to up to 5 working days (Singapore orders).
We currently accept UOB bank transfers in Singapore and BCA bank transfers in Indonesia. We also accept PayPal. Unfortunately, we strictly do not accept concealed cash. If you do not have a bank account, we recommend a cash deposit at any UOB branch (Singapore), BCA branch (Indonesia).
Please note that Paypal does not accept IDR, therefore your total balance in the order summary will be automatically reflected in SGD.
We offer flat rate shipping to Surabaya area on all orders at Rp 15.000.
Please refer to http://www.jne.co.id for domestic rates.
Shipping rate to Singapore is SGD25 when you place up to 3 items in one order. When you place more than 3 items in one order, shipping rate will be SGD50.
Please note that we will not be liable for any customs, taxes or duties incurred for international shipments.
Domestic Orders: Please allow up to 3 – 5 working days for shipping depending on the destination cities (Certain distant cities might added more days).
International Orders: Please allow up to 5 working days for shipping to Singapore.
When placing your Foundry Snacks order, please take into consideration that we ship orders Monday through Friday. Payment confirmation received on weekends and holidays will be checked on the next business day.
Please allow 48 hours after payment confirmation for us to check your payment, do quality control of your merchandise, and pack your order before we ship them on the next day. We will deliver your purchased item(s) once we have received invoiced full amount transfer.
PLEASE NOTE: We’re unable to ship if problems occurred regarding the payment.
In the event that the package is returned to us due to the customer’s error in indicating the incorrect and/or insufficient address, a re-delivery fee would be charged and be payable by the customer.
Packages shipped will include a Certificate of Posting for proof of delivery, but does not provide any form of tracking service. Foundry Snacks will not be held responsible or extend any further service for any damaged or loss packages during the delivery caused by courier services or insufficient/incorrect address provided by customers.
SHIPPING RULES & RESTRICTIONS
We do not responsible in risk of loss of the merchandise after JNE delivers to the address.
We do not take responsibility if JNE can’t deliver the package in time do to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address. Please check your JNE shipping code in the ‘Track Order’ links at the top of the page and call JNE customer service (021-2927 8888) to deal with the problem.
Free shipping will be given if there are mistakes on order(s).
On our part, we purchase a complimentary Certificate of Posting receipt for each parcel that is mailed out. This is to show that we have duly handed your parcel to our courier partner and that they in turn, have acknowledged it’s receipt. However, please take note that this does not guarantee that your parcel will reach you safely, it acts only as assurance for our customers.
We are not responsible for any items lost in transaction. In the event that your order is damaged or lost in the mailing process, please contact us straight away at firstname.lastname@example.org.
